Combined CNC Reference Machine for Contour and Surface Measurements
The Flagship for Contour and Surface Measuring Technology, SURFCOM CREST features high resolution and a laser-interferometric measuring system. It is most frequently used in calibration labs.
Precise, Universal, Dynamic
SURFCOM CREST is setting new standards in accuracy and speed. The machine measures surface parameters and contours in one measuring run and features an impressive ratio between the measuring range and the resolution of 42,000,000:1. This enables SURFCOM CREST to measure the slightest surface roughness and contours across a very large range – all within a single measuring run.
SURFCOM CREST works in the Z axis using a laser interferometer as a measuring system, making it extremely precise. The measuring station features a linear drive, ensuring that it is significantly faster and produces lower vibrations than measuring machines with traditional spindle drives. The swiveling linear X tracing driver also enables greater flexibility with slanted workpieces.

Fully Automated Surface Measurement
SURFCOM C5 was developed for fully automated surface measurements and quality assurance and is ideal for working with engine components and shaftes. It is used wherever there are high demands on surface parameters, quality, and throughput. SURFCOM C5 is ideal for serial measurements of engine components such as crankshafts, cylinder heads, cam shafts, and other parts.
Fast Measurements for High Throughput
SURFCOM C5 enables very high throughput. Large parts such as crankcases and cylinder heads can be measured in next to no time thanks to the high positioning speed of 100 mm/s. Excellent Rigidity
The form tester features a movable X axis, allowing it to reach workpieces from all sides without difficulty. The rotary table on air bearings achieves extremely high rotational accuracy thanks to its excellent rigidity. In addition, non-contact travel ensures measurement results are totally uninfluenced by drive vibrations.
Small and Smart
RONDCOM TOUCH also captures very narrow tolerances and the blue tooth function of the form tester allows simple and wireless printing of measurement results. Compact design makes the standard R axis unnecessary.

The form testers of the RONDCOM NEX series enable precise measurements of roundness and roughness in the R, T, and Z axes and feature best-in-class rotational accuracy.
RONDCOM NEX and RONDCOM NEX Rs are universal form testers for the analysis of roundness, roughness, cylinder form, perpendicularity, parallelism, straightness, flatness, coaxiality, concentricity, and thickness error. With rotational error of just 20 nanometers, both form testers are ideal for a wide range of precision parts that have a height of 300 mm or 500 mm and weigh up to 60 kg.

Large Measuring Range for Heavy Workpieces
RONDCOM 73 A and RONDCOM 76 A are very flexible thanks to extensive accessories and fixture designs tailored to the customer’s needs. The spindle form testers are ideal for measuring jobs such as cylinder heads, engine blocks, crankshafts and cam shafts, and for highly accurate measurements on heavy workpieces. The form measuring stations feature excellent rotational accuracy and a substantial measuring range in spite of its compact design. The working range of the RONDCOM 73 A and RONDCOM 76 A is exactly where other form testers reach their limits.

All SURFCOM TOUCH systems come with an intuitive and easy-to-use screen for condition setting, calibration, measurement, and analysis. Standard type
The standard-type with different attitudes to measure horizontal, inclined, vertical and ceiling surfaces.

Retraction type
Retract-type that reduces damage to the stylus and pickup by raising the pickup while waiting for measurement or at the end.
SURFCOM TOUCH 45
Horizontal tracing type
The transverse trace-type where the pickup moves sideways.
SURFCOM TOUCH 50
Suited for measuring cylindrical workpieces, a tracing driver can be placed on work piecies by using an optional roll footing. SURFCOM TOUCH 50 can be connected with a handytype tracing driver.

Mobile Surface Measuring Instrument Featuring an Easy-to-use Design
The simple solution to measure, evaluate, and document surface roughness – from incoming goods to production and all the way to final inspection.
Flexible Use
HANDYSURF is flexible and robust and can measure horizontally as well as on vertical and overhead surfaces (depending on the tracing driver). If necessary, the tracing driver can be removed from the display unit and used separately.
User-Friendly Handling
HANDYSURF meets all common surface standards and users can switch among seven languages. HANDYSURF can be connected to a separate analysis computer via the external interfaces.
Interface to Other Systems
Another unique feature is the optional connection to every ZEISS measuring system using ZEISS CALYPSO measuring software. This enables all measurement results, including surface parameters, to be combined in the 3D measuring machine record.
Automatic Configuration
Measuring is also simplified via the HANDYSURF automatic function because measuring range, total path, and display magnification are configured automatically based on the surface quality. Each version can be equipped with one arm or a dual arm.
