Deltronic additionally manufactures optical comparators (profile projectors) and video measuring systems for three axis measurements. Plug Gages
Whether you know them as pin gages, plug gages, or Go and No-go gages, in inch or metric sizes, the translation of Institute measurements into an accurate gaging product requires three essential elements. Thread Gages
As with Deltronic plug gages, certification guaranteeing Class X accuracy and Traceability to the National Institute of Standards is included with all thread plug gages. The actual calibrated pitch diameter is also supplied with each gage. Tolerance conforms to H-28 Federal Screw Thread Standards for Class X gages in every respect.
