Meyer Gage

Founded in 1960 by Albert Meyer, the Meyer Gage Company was the first to commercially introduce Class ZZ gage pins sets. Meyer’s reliability and success are based on dedication to one field – fixed limit gaging. This Connecticut-based company prioritizes continuous investments in grinding and inspection equipment, a robust quality assurance inspection program, and a strong employee-centric corporate culture.

The value in the Meyer pin gage grows from the company’s attention to detail. Gages start with 52100 bearing quality steel (Carbon Chrome Alloy) hardened throughout. Details like uniform 2″ lengths, no sharp edges, marking of both boxes and gages, and sizes laser etched with serial number on each piece (except M-0 Pins) further contribute to the innate value of the Meyer line.

It’s no surprise Meyer Gage is globally recognized for setting the standard in fixed limit gaging technology.

Pin Sets & Libraries

Pin sets and libraries are available in X, Z, and ZZ classes. These pin gage sets are perfect for critical inspection needs or when you want to maximize your GO/NOGO tolerance limits. They’re also a great way to calibrate measuring equipment, micrometers and calipers. Meyer Gage pin gages are 100% inspected for accuracy.

Ring Gages

Meyer Gage uses only the highest quality steels stabilized to without the heat and stress generated by subsequent grinding operations. Precision lapping ensures each ring gage is well within its final tolerance limits, and NIST-traceable inspection is performed in a strictly climate-controlled lab with NIST-traceable Masters.

Progressive Plug Gages

Progressive plug gages are the best choice when you need to check parts quickly. Both the GO and NOGO diameters are stepped on a single gage member. All members are securely attached to either a trilock or taperlock handle. All handles are marked with sizes and direction of tolerance.

Master Setting Discs

Use these Master Setting Discs to calibrate your measuring equipment. They are a must for your calibration lab and your inspection areas. Meyer’s Master Setting Discs are available in three styles and come with a Certificate of Accuracy. Choose from XX, X, or Y classes and GO, NOGO, and Bilateral tolerances.
